Well, here I am on my very first day of 1st grade.  As many of you know, I was a kindergarten teacher for many years.  This is my 21st year as a teacher, and I still love it.  I truly feel that teaching is my calling.

Next, I want to show you how much my children have grown.  I can't believe we have a Junior and a 7th grader!  Troy and I are so proud of our children.

Wow!  After taking a year off from teaching, it feels great to be back at Fairlane.  I am now teaching first grade.  Things are a little crazy right now, so check in later for pictures of our first week back to school.
